Bevaid Laboratory is a members-only and reservation-only café and showroom that creates various projects centered on herbs and herbal medicines under the concept of "Herb Laboratory," and is a multi-purpose place for events, seminars, and a test kitchen. It also holds a vegetable marché, develops pesto sauces (French sauces) using Hokkaido vegetables, and offers gibier burgers and vegetable shakes.
